All of my designs are sent by insured express mail worldwide, for most destination it takes 4-7 business days to arrive excluding customs delays.
It is possible to upgrade to Fedex shipping for 95$ for US residents or 135$ for none US residents, this option is available on checkout.
Please note that if you choose to send your parcel to a work place or an apartment building the insurance expires once it is signed for by anyone receiving it.
All my designs are packed in my own design, special wooden gift boxes – strong enough for shipping and
pretty enough to use as a gift box

Our Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is top priority for us.
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item you have purchased we offer a 14 days return policy.
The refund for an order will be processed only once the item has arrived back to our facility and was approved to be in it’s original condition.
The refund will be of 90% of the item cost.
Return shipping is under the buyer responsibility and any charges, taxes or customs that will apply to the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, in their original package and shipped within 14 days.
Insuring returned parcels is the responsibility of the customer, if a parcel is lost or stolen we will not be able to refund.
Custom engraved jewelry items may not be returned for refund.
All custom engraved rings may be returned for credit, however engraving fees are non-refundable.
Special orders are final sales and are not eligible for return. Returns without pre-approval, and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.
Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
Cancellations Or Changes Of An Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation.
A charge of up to 10% of the purchase may occur according to the original order status upon cancelling or changing the order (if you let us know within 48 hours the return/cancel will be in full).
Some changes may cause delays in shipping your order.
