Payment

We accept most payment methods – paypal, bank transfers, money orders, and credit cards. All payments must be cleared before we start making the design you have paid for.

Custom Engraving

We use advance laser equipment for accurate engravings. You can select the font and phrase and we will engrave it for 5$ per letter. Some designs may have thin bands or complex interiors that pose a limit for engraving, please contact us with any question.

Making and Shipping

All items (except for custom orders) will be made within 14-21 business days from the time of payment (excluding Fridays and Saturdays).
Customs and taxes are the customer’s responsibility, please check these before you purchase. All of our designs are sent by insured mail worldwide, for most destination it takes 4-7 business days to arrive excluding customs delays. It is possible to upgrade to Expedite shipping for 95$, this option is available at checkout. Please note that if you choose to send your parcel to a work place or an apartment building the insurance expires once it is signed for by anyone receiving it. All our designs are packed in our own design, special wooden gift boxes – strong enough for shipping and pretty enough to use as a gift box.

Our Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is top priority for us. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item you have purchased we offer a 14 days return policy. The refund for an order will be processed only once the item has arrived back to our facility and was approved to be in it’s original condition. The refund will be of 90% of the item cost with a minimum charge of 140USD.
For platinum items the refund will be 70% of the item’s value.
Return shipping is under the buyer responsibility and any charges, taxes or customs that will apply to the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, in their original package and shipped within 14 days. Insuring returned parcels is the responsibility of the customer, if a parcel is lost or stolen we will not be able to refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom engraved jewelry items may not be returned for refund. All custom engraved rings may be returned for credit, however engraving fees are non-refundable. Special orders are final sales and are not eligible for return. Returns without pre-approval, and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

Warranty

We offer a full 1 year warranty for any damage that is not the result of neglect use.

Cancellations Or Changes Of An Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. A charge of up to 10% of the purchase may occur according to the original order status upon cancelling or changing the order (if you let us know within 48 hours the return/cancel will be in full). Some changes may cause delays in shipping your order.

We may use the information you provided to us in order to send you a promotional emails which you can unsubscribe at any time. Custom orders are most welcome, feel free to ask for any item with any adjustment or anything else you want me to make, we enjoy creating and love challenges. Wholesale & consignment is also possible depending on the item. feel free to ask anything else.

Allergies and sensitivities

Please note that, unless indicated or agreed otherwise, all white gold jewelry contain a certain amount of nickel. If you are aware of any sensitivity we recommend choosing platinum, other gold colors or consult with us before ordering. Any other sensitivity that have requires prior consultation before ordering.

Care and maintenance of your jewelry

Most items can easily be cleaned and maintained at home. -If you order an item that contains opals please be aware it is a sensitive stone that may chip or break if hit directly by a hard object. Opals are also sensitive to chemicals and certain fluids, please avoid applying creams and liquids on them. -Pearls are sensitive to scratches, chemicals and creams (like perfumes) that can ruin them. -Rhodium plating that is used for some white gold jewelry may start fading after a while depending on how you use your jewelry but can be easily renewed by a qualified local jeweler.

Sizing

Sizes displayed on our website are standard US sizes. It is important to get measured by a professional jeweler or with professional measuring tools before ordering to get an accurate size. For rings and bands 4mm wide or wider you need to measure for a wide band that is often slightly larger than a thin band. A wide band’s size is measured by the inner diameter. Standard Fit Rings – When placed on a jeweler’s mandrel, the lower edge of the ring that meets the mandrel indicates the ring size. Comfort Fit Rings – When placed on a jeweler’s mandrel, the middle ring that meets the mandrel indicates the ring size. Please note that some designs cannot be resized because of how they are made (mostly designs with a 360 pattern) and would need to be remade if the size is wrong, if you have any doubt please contact us before you order. Most of our engagement rings can be resized locally by a qualified jeweler, please check with us before you order to verify that.

PLEASE NOTE – all rings are priced up to size 10. Any ring size 10 or over will be priced individually, please contact me for a price offer.
